After Installation of iMonnit Enterprise ERROR: Line 6: XML Syntax error.

After installing iMonnit Enterprise, you may encounter the error shown below when attempting to start the Enterprise Wireless Gateway Server. This is a result of an unsupported character in one of the names or passwords being used in the connection to the site or database.

Resolving this

To resolve this, you will need to review the passwords and naming conventions used to determined if any special characters were used. Once the reference has been identified, all special characters should be removed to determine if the issue has been identified. Once the password/reference has been changed, you may need to remove and reinstall iMonnit Enterprise.

Once the reference has been updated, normal installation and starting of the Enterprise Wireless Gateway Server service is expected to start normally. Please reach out to support@monnit.com with additional inquiries.
