Add a Device Name

Sensor and gateway names can be updated. This does not impact the device ID or SC code.

Select Sensors on the left hand pane, or select Gateways if it is a Gateway.

The Filter button shown below can be used to bring up additional fields to narrow the search.

Click on the three dots of the designated Sensor or Gateway.

Select Settings.

Scroll Down the page to find Sensor Name or Gateway Name. Click in the text box and designate a name for the selected device.

Click Save to save the changes.
