How to Enable Authentication App for Two-Factor Authorization

In order to setup Two-Factor Authentication using an Authenticator App, you must first have an Authenticator App downloaded to your device. See a list of available apps on Apple App Store or Google Play.

To setup Authenticator App:

  1. Login to your iMonnit Portal
  2. Select SMS or Email on the Two-Factor Authentication menu and follow the instructions provided

  1. Once logged in, click the user icon on the top right of your screen and select your user menu item.

  1. Select the Two-Factor Authentication menu item located near the top right of your screen.

  1. Click on the “Enable TOTP” button and follow the instructions provided.
