Deactivating Rule Alerts in iMonnit

In the event you need to Deactivate Rules, this article will walk you through disabling Rules and deactivating an email/SMS/phone notification.

Deactivating a Rule

  • Log into
  • Select Rules in the main navigation menu.

All of the Rules on your account will be displayed on the page.

A green bar on the Rule means that the notification is active.

  • Select the three dots of the Rule you wish to disable. Select disable. The bar should shift to a light-grey background.

  • The Rule has been deactivated. Select the three dots and Enable. It will turn green and reactivate.

Deactivate Email and/or Phone in Event Notification

  • Log into
  • Select the Rules option in the main navigation menu.
  • Select the card of the Rule for which you wish to disable alerts.
  • Select the Tasks tab.
  • Select which delivery method you want to edit (Email, Text, or Voice Call). A1.png
  • Select the “+” icon on the “To:” field

  • Find all users on the account in the Select Contacts section. This section will list all users on the account.
  • iMonnit sends notifications to you in three ways: Email, SMS, and Voice—these notifications can each be set and deactivated the same way.
  • To deactivate, select the contact.
  • A box will pop up with “No Delay” selected by default. 
  • Scroll up to select “Off,” then choose the Set button.

  • The icon will shift to gray, indicating that it has been deactivated.
